FO: Early warning report on Sedar

As of November 30, 2009, Burlingame Asset Management reports ownership or control over a total of 105,635,269 common shares representing approximately 17.7% of FO's outstanding common stock.

Burlingame has discussed with Solitor Holdings Corp., an indirect wholly-owned subsidary of Renova Industries Ltd (together with Burlingame, the "Cooperating Shareholdes" holding a total of approx. 31.75% of the outstanding Falcon shares), their intentions with respect to Falcon's annual shareholder meeting and both have indicated a current intention to vote the shares they hold in favour of replacing some or all of Falcon's current directors with nominees nominated by one or more of the Cooperating Shareholdes at the meeting.
